We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship it to us via your courier and provide us proof of postage as well as tracking details. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We are not able to entertain any claim for damaged/missing items after 48 hours of receiving the parcel, or after fabrics have been cut (eg, for stitching). It is the customer’s responsibility to check for damage before stitching or handing over to a tailor.

There are on occasions stains in fabrics which is caused when fabrics are folded and come into contact with each other in packaging. Also some degree of staining is to be expected as our items are packed, where dust and dirt can come into contact with fabrics. These stains do wash off easily and are not a cause for complaints - all items are purchased on this understanding.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Readymade Trouser Sizes

All readymade from Small to large have a trouser or as show in picture. As some designs are available in Extra Extra Large they most likely have a Salwar but you can enquire before purchasing on our WhatsApp number 07541400710.

Restocking

Due to restocking if a shipment has been sent out and serval attempts are made unsuccessfully and a request for a refund is made a restocking fee will be in place up to 10% of the order value. ( A redelivery process is in place of the costs of delivery)

2/3 working Days (Monday-Friday)-(Up to 2 Items)-£3.99 ONLY

1/2 working Days (Monday-Friday)-(Up to 2 Items)- 4.49 ONLY

1/3 Working days (Monday-Friday)-(Unlimited Items)- 5.99 ONLY

Next Working day (Monday-Friday)-(Unlimited Items)-£9.99 ONLY

Any orders placed after 5pm will be dispatched the next working day and delivered the following working day after.(Monday-Friday)

Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday& will be dispatched the following Monday and delivered on Tuesday. Please note that this does not include Public Holidays so any orders placed during these times may be delayed.

Please note that we are unable to provide a specific am or pm service and our couriers can deliver anytime between 8am and 8pm.

Please note:

- We cannot be held liable for late delivery of goods caused by circumstances beyond our control.

- In the case of Next Day parcels not being delivered on time,& it would be best to contact the delivery service.

- It is your responsibility to ensure there is a person to accept the delivery on the day of delivery.

- We will not be held responsible for lost parcels caused by incorrect input of address details by the customer.

Leave in a Safe Place/ Alternative Location

Please be aware that opting for an alternate delivery location, like a safe place or porch, means assuming full responsibility for any potential loss or theft of the parcel. Thank you for your understanding.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure the delivery address is submitted accurately as we cannot be liable if an incorrect address is supplied to us.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return within 7 working days, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund (3-5 working days).

Click & Collect

Click and collect is available all parcels must be collected within 5 days if collected after 5 days he returns policy will start from the day of purchase, if the parcel not collected within 5 weeks of purchase the parcel would be given to charity with no refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before we have shipped, but please note the Shopify fee will be deducted from the total.

Shopify fees are 50p + 3% of the total

There is no guarantee after an order has been placed that we will be able to cancel it, this is because we prioritize dispatching goods as fast as possible, so once an order is packaged we cannot cancel it.

LOST/DAMAGED PARCELS

In the unfortunate event your parcel has been lost or damaged by our delivery partners, please contact us for further investigation. We will submit a claim on your behalf to our delivery partner for the lost or damaged parcel. When the claim is accepted, you will be issued with a full refund including the delivery costs. Please note, a claim with our delivery partners can take up to 28 days, an immediate refund will not be issued. Our parcels are insured by our delivery partners but we cannot be held responsible for parcels that have been lost/damaged in transit.

PROBLEMS WITH DELIVERY

If you are not in when our courier tries to deliver and they cannot find a safe location to leave the package, they will leave a card and then attempt to deliver 2 more times, usually on the following working days.

To arrange a more convenient redelivery day, please follow the instructions on the card left by the courier.

USING AN ALTERNATIVE DELIVERY ADDRESS TO THE BILLING ADDRESS OF YOUR DEBIT/CREDIT CARD

You can have your order delivered to a different address to the billing address of your debit/credit card. You can enter the delivery address at checkout.

Please ensure that all details are correct before you checkout as amendments to your delivery details cannot be made once your order has been placed.

If you change your mind about your purchase, please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you a refund which will exclude postage costs.

Please allow up to 14 days for this to be processed from the day you return the products.

Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

PLEASE NOTE REFUNDS CAN NOT BE OFFERED IN OUR UK STORES FOR ORDERS TAKEN ON THE WEBSITE.

RETURN DELIVERY CHARGES

Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. When returning unwanted items, you will be liable for the cost of posting it back to us.

We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.

Once your returned order has been processed by our warehouse team, we will contact you via phone or email to let you know.

If you do not receive an email from us within 14 days, please contact Customer Service and we will look into this for you.

STATUTORY RIGHTS

Please be aware that our clothing articles require careful handling. All clothing products sold on this website are strongly recommended to be dry-cleaned. We want to emphasize that we will not accept responsibility for any claims resulting from damage caused by alternative washing methods.

We will not be responsible for any claims resulting due to damage caused by washing, using another method than advised or claims for variation and or beading/sequences displacement

1 Bleach or Stain Removers: Please refrain from using any bleach or stain-removing chemicals on our products.

  1. Avoid Twist Forms: To prevent copy marks, avoid keeping wet fabrics in twist form.

3.Protect from Sunlight: Do not dry fabrics in direct sunlight as it may affect the material.

4.Iron with Care: Iron your clothes with caution and at a moderate temperature to preserve their quality.

5.Separate Washing: Always wash coloured and white fabrics separately to avoid colour bleeding.

6.Pre-Stitch Soak: Prior to stitching, soak fabrics in water for 15 minutes.

7.Dry Cleaning Recommended: We highly recommend dry cleaning for all our products to maintain their longevity and appearance.

Please Note: We are not liable for any damages caused by washing using any another method than advised.

Items Out Of Stock

If an item is out of stock, we will cancel and refund the out-of-stock items.

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy, and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you.
